I've been thinking of writing a post about how to get a job here and I probably will when I inevitably get flooded with a torrent of résumés from people who didn't read the posting and aren't qualified, so I'll save the details for the follow up - but I will say: please read the post carefully! We're sure every one of you are wonderful people, but we take great care to write the requirements because they reflect the actual job and, although we'd love to have lunch sometime, if you don't have what we're looking for, we won't hire you.
