Martin has been helping organisations such as Microsoft, Mozilla, Pollution Probe, Shift Magazine, SickKids, Sunnybrook & Women's Health Sciences Centre, UNESCO, and the YMCA of Greater Toronto understand how to be effective online since 1997. He has evaluated online projects by small businesses, government agencies, and Fortune 100 companies for ten years as judge with the Web Marketing Association’s WebAwards; he has been a member of the competition's Best in Show jury three times. At Radiant Core, Martin focuses on user experience and interaction design as well as information architecture. He is the company's resident HTML/CSS guru and graphic design lead.
